We offer a standard 5-day warranty on all products, starting from the date of delivery. Some products may include or offer an extended warranty (up to 6 or 12 months), if mentioned in the product description or as an upsell option.

The warranty covers:

Manufacturing defects
Non-functional or broken parts on arrival
Issues that occur during normal use within the warranty period

❌ Warranty Does Not Cover:

Damages caused by misuse, accident, drops, or negligence
Wear and tear from normal use
Unauthorized repairs or modifications
Products used for commercial or heavy-duty purposes (unless specified)
Products without proof of purchase or outside the warranty period

📦 Claim Process

Initiate a Claim:
Email us at hello@quickers.shop within the warranty period. Include:
- Order ID
- Clear description of the issue
- Unboxing video (if issue is found on arrival) or photos/videos showing the defect
Review & Response:
Our support team will review your claim within 24–48 hours and guide you through the next steps.
Resolution Options:
Depending on the situation, we will offer one of the following:
- A replacement unit shipped at no cost
- A repair or part replacement (if applicable)
- A store credit or partial/full refund (only in rare cases)

⏳ Extended Warranty (Optional)

Some products may come with an optional extended warranty (e.g., 6 months or 1 year) for an additional fee. This must be added at the time of purchase and will be clearly stated on your order confirmation.

Warranty claims must be made within the valid warranty period.
We reserve the right to reject claims that do not meet our policy terms.
The warranty is valid only for products purchased directly from Quickers.shop.
