Return Process

    • Clear images of the product

    • Order number and a brief description of the issue

  2. Verification: Once we verify your request, we will:

    • Approve a return pickup (if applicable)

    • Or offer a replacement or refund, depending on the situation

  3. Pickup & Quality Check:
    If return shipping is applicable, our logistics partner will collect the item and conduct a quality check before processing a replacement/refund.


Refund Process

  • Refunds are approved only for valid issues (damaged, defective, or wrong item received).

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected (or if we approve the refund without return), we will process the refund within 7 business days.

  • Refunds will be made to the original payment method. Please allow time for your bank to reflect the transaction.


Non-Refundable & Ineligible Cases
